Know-how in multiplatform Content
The News and Information industry is under continuous transformation due to technology. Social Media has risen to a leading role next to traditional platforms, demanding an integral perspective towards communication when engaging the audience and maintaining their loyalty. Our experience leading multiplatform communicational strategies, allows us to help clients navigate a competitive market making the best use of each individual content platform by choosing the right outlet for the message and creating the correct message for each outlet.

Our workshops and educational programs stem from a philosophy of applied methodology, designed to respond to the needs of each participant’s market while maintaining high international quality standards. Within this approach, theory serves as the foundation in a quest to uncover the hidden dynamics driving the different journalistic activities, while offering a step-by-step guide designed to help the journalist achieve the desired goals.

Investigative journalism

This workshop teaches participants to correctly identify and narrow the topic of investigation, establish the hypothesis, put forth an all-encompassing production plan, effectively estimate costs and determine the resources available in order to uncover the coveted journalistic gem they seek.

Audiovisual Storytelling

We all enjoy a good story if told correctly, especially when translated into sound and images. This workshop provides participants with an easy-to-follow step-by-step guide through the Pre Production, Field Production and, finally, Post Production processes, following the highest quality standards.

Framing and composition

It’s said that an image is worth a thousand words, but that’s only true when the image is framed correctly. In this workshop, participants learn what makes one image more effective than others by implementing the unsaid rules of visual communication, established under the principle of what 18th Century philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau called the “Social Contract”.

News Management

The overabundance of information due to globalization, the diversification of the market due to growing migration, and the demand for multiplatform content generated by technology, present new challenges when leading a news group. This workshop offers a fresh perspective on a reality in which limited resources can be overcome by diagnosis, creativity, planning and synergy.

The interview

Far from being an exercise in the exchange of opinion, the objective of any good journalistic interview is to obtain exclusive, candid and relevant information from the interviewee. This workshop provides participants with a road map pointing towards a path of success, helping them avoid common pitfalls along the way.

Social Media Strategy

Beyond giving a whole generation its name, the new millennium is marked by the emergence of social media. The objective of this workshop is to provide the journalist with the necessary tools to understand the potential behind each platform, taking into account a continuously changing landscape in which ultra-specialized content applications continuously emerge.

Musical Narrative in Journalism

Wrongly considered an afterthought in the production process, the right music track can provide key geographical, historical, social and emotional context to a piece. The wrong beat, on the other hand, can distract from the message and create severe edit problems. This is a guide to successful music selection, and the dynamics that govern musicalization.

Personal Branding

The importance of marketing effectively one’s image is no longer restricted to media gurus. Nowadays, having an identifiable personal brand that aligns with personal objectives is key for professional growth. This workshop allows participants to identify their career goals, design their personal brand and chart an action course.
